My ideal mothers day would be breakfast with my husband and son, hanging around the house together (reading our son a book, etc), then a walk in our neighborhood and scoop of ice cream (yum), topped off with a yummy dinner (maybe chinese take-out, or our favorite pizza). But there are lots of great ways to spend mothers day! A spa sounds nice too!

My mother’s day was low key. My kids are 4 and 1 so they don’t really know how to show mom appreciation yet!
But my 4 year old wrote “Jonas luv mama” on a piece of paper, and my husband took me out to dinner on Sunday night! So I had a little “mom time” after all!

I am a nurse and spent Mother’s Day working at the hospital. But my husband allowed me to participate in Mom’s Nite out on the 7th and that was wonderful to have a few hours to myself with food and adult conversation!

My wife and I are expecting our very first baby this October. I would love to surprise my beautiful wife with one of the prizes here!
For Mother’s day I made my wife a Mother 2B Menu with a list of meals, snacks, and relaxation items (massage, foot rub, etc) for her to choose throughout the day. She loved it and I loved pampering her and our little bun in the oven.

This year I spent Mother’s Day quietly at home with my daughter and my hubby. My son was with his girlfriend, who is going to be a new mom at the end of the month… my mom and I also spent some time together when she came over to visit….usually we go out to eat, but my grandmother passed away the beginning of April and no one really was into going out and celebrating this year

I don’t know if this is still open….but we look my mom out to dinner and then came back to my house, so she could open her presents. She sure did get a lot of presents this year but she is definitely worth it. Thanks!
